- To disseminate knowledge and recent information about childhood infections through conferences, symposia and seminars.
- To help prevent, control and eliminate infections from this region in collaboration with Governmental and Non-Governmental organizations.
- To organize public awareness campaigns to educate the masses about different methodsof prevention of infections to reduce disease burden and mortality.
- To develop practice guidelines on the management of common Paediatric Infections.
- To promote research in Paediatric Infectious diseases.
- To formulate recommendation on biological products.
